• Any action that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the platform.

Baazigar Advanced technology is used to detect any suspicious activity. If suspicious behavior is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Baazigar Reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• If an account is registered with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• To comply with a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
